Our Technical Services group provides Technical Support, Application Assistance and Product Selection Assistance. Troubleshooting support is free to our customers during normal business hours: from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM(UTC+08). If additional support services are required, our support staff can provide additional service options to support your specific situation.
