YAG LASER WELDING
By leveraging the features of laser welding such as high-power laser beam and high density property, some work could be done more efficiently. In general, laser welding are used in two ways :pulse laser welding and continuous laser welding. The former one is mainly used for thin masterial welding and on the other hand the latter one is for thick material welding or cutting
LASER CUTTING
1. By using laser cut, the affected object would just slightly deform. Usually it could be considered hight priority to use compared to tradition cutting and molding 2. High energy density and great controbility making laser cut easily intergrated into auto-system 3. Laser cutting has wide adaptability and flexibility. it can cut non-metallic material which other thermal cutting methods could not easily apply。
